Herr Fehrenbgch, AVirth and Simons (Foreign Minister) will represent Germany at the Spa Conference. Bavaria hag protested against the Al. lied demands for a reduction of the Army to one hundred thousand, which will possibly lead to a Left Radical revolt in North Germany.
