Straits and decided to invite delegates from Greece, Poland, Portugal, Roumania, Czecho-Slovakia and Jugoslavia to S’ " to discuss questions specially cmi crriing them. The Conference approved' the terms of the Allied communication to Germany, drafted by Marshal Foeh and General Wilson, requiring the fulfilment of the clauses of the Treaty of Versailles, dealing with disarmament, destruction of military material and reduction of effectives, which hitherto have not been executed or incompletely executed.

Marsail, Minister of Finance, n an interview regarding Germany’s reparation payments, said tile Allies did not furnish Germany with the particular amount, but would ask the delegates at the Spa Conference what sum Germany is capable of paying. If the offer is unacceptable the Allies will reveal the amount decided on at Boulogne.
