I AUSTIiALIAN ce N.Z. OABI.K ASSOCIATION] COPPER MINES CLOSING. SYDNEY, June 20. A communication has been received of the Great Cobar Mines, from the London Receiver, which compels him to discharge all hands, except those required to maintain the underwater mines; and also to realise on the assets. This means the permanent closing of the mine and it will be a fatal blow to the copper industry of'the State.
