The indications are for westerly winds strong to gale ami backing by west to south. The.weather appears likely to be be cloudy find unsettled. Heavy ram is to be expected wTUi rivers rising shortly, the barometer has a falling tendency, but rising again after about M to 36 hours. Seas rough, tides good.
