There are conflicting . reports frpm Vera Cruz regarding Carranza. It now appears that Carranza is fighting tlie revolutionaries at Hacenda Tamajiz, with 6,000 troops. The revolutionaries have 14,000. The battle is staged 70 miles south-east of Mexico City. The general news shows thp trend is toward a revolutionary victory.
