The Paeron sailed this afternoon on her southern trip with general cargo and several passengers.
Advice was received to-day from Westport conveying news of the death of Mr John O’Neill there this morning. The deceased for many years was a, resident of Hokitika, but. has been residing at- Westport for the last 20 years or so. He was a noted boxer- in bis young days, bis biggest light here being against Dick Ma(-tl|ews, He was a genpraj al( round sport, and took much interest in dpgs and the feathered fancy. He was a native of Ireland and about 55 years of ago. f[e was married in l ßoss, liis wife dying some years ago at Westport. He leaves three sisters and a brother (Dennis) who resides at Westport, Be judge and jury and give “NAZOL” a trial. There can bo only ono verdict —“Absolutely competent to cure colds, influenza, bronchitis and nasal catarrh.**
