The Wellington Meeting concluded ii glorious weather, and before a large attendance. The going was better thar. on the first day, the course being drier. The totalisator handled £77,678 10b as compared with £51,084 10s, on the same day last year. The total for tho meeting was £131,413 10s, against £86,10: for last year. Results: — Second Hurdle Handicap—Zeus 1, Seadown ”, Sensitive 3. Won by three lengths. Time 2.47 1-5. Hutt Handicap.—Trespass 1, Sycorax 2, Dainty Step 3. Won by one and a half lengths. Time 1.41 1-5. Muritai Handicap.—Taunaha 1, Prin temps 2, Molyneau 3. Won by a lice Time 1.29 4-5.
Autumn Handicap.—Maioha 1, Ki! moon 2 Imaribbon 3. Won by a neck Time 2.20 1-5.
Pacific Handicap.—llaceful 1, Humbug 2, Wake 3.Won by a length and a half. Time 1.13 3-5.
Trentham Gold Cup.—Amythas 1, Vagabond 2, Bonnie Maid Won easily by 12 lengths. Time 3.27 1-5. Suburban Handicap.—Bon Spec 1, Onslaught 2, Bindle 3. Won by a neck. Time 1.12 2-5. . _ Pelmont Handicap.— Paionui 1, Early Dawn 2, Silk Rein 3. Won by two lengths. Time 1.13 4-5.
