Definite steps towards the fulfilment of the financial clauses of the Peace Treaty are heralded by semi-official Ber- ■ a,- ]in advices, foreshadowing the seizure of all German held shares in companies in Allied countries. Compensation will he granted on the basis of quotations for such shares as on 10th January.
