AIUIIUKA FAT STOCK SALE

The usual fortnightly fixture at the above yards was held this morning, the yarding comprised 10 head of fat cattle and 70 sheep and lambs. There was a moderate attendance of buyers and only limited competition, several pens not mooting vendors ideas of value, though subsequently sold. Beef was fully 50s per hundred. Messrs Jeffries and Co sold as follows: -- On account of Mr Jas Anderson, 31 fat owes and heifers at 21s, 38 lambs at 225. On account of Mr W. O’Reilly, l CO w at £0 17s fid, seven steers at £ll, four steers at £B, two heifers at £5 17s fid. On account of Mr D. Roberts, two bullocks at £l6 ss, one at £ls, twenty at £ls 7s Gd, three heifers at £8 12s Gd.
