HOKITIKA V. GREY. A four-rink team, and a rink of colts from tlie Hokitika Club visited Greymouth on Saturday afternoon, when the Grey Club inflicted a substantial defeat on the visitors, the four rinks being defeated, the total scores being Hokitika 58, Grey 107. The visiting colts rink, however, proved successful by 31 to 14. The green was in capital order, fast and true, and the afternoon proved very enjoyable. The ladies- provided a dainty afternoon tea which was much appreciated. The Grey Club won back the Buckles, which are now’ held by Mr J. Fletcher and his rink. Details are as follows: Hokitika: Feddersen, Galbraith, Stevenson, Thompson (s) 13, lost to Grey: McKay, Baldwin, Wilkes, Blair (s) 25. Hokitika: MacFarlane, J. King, Naldcr, Benjamin (s) 20, lost to Grey —Wise, Buck, Cochrane, Fletcher (s,, 31. Hokitika: Braddon, Hickson, Boyd, Anderson (s) 10, lost to Grey—Boys, Skoglund, Blackwood, Baxter (s), 27. Hokitika: Lloyd, Stewart, A. King, J. H. Wilson (s) 15, lost to GreyBurke, Bath, Jones, Smith (s) 24. Colts : Hokitika—Pilkington, J . Stevenson, Bruce, Wells (s) 31, defeated Grey—Kilgour, Armstrong, Walker, Kyle (s) 14.
