The deceased was wellknown in Hokitika some years ago being editor of the “West Coast limes. Some years ago he removed to the North Island where he continued his journalistic operations in charge of several journals. The deceased nos married to a daughter of the late Mr Hugh Gribbon. His demise will he regretted by many friends in this district who will extend their sympathy to his widow. The funeral takes place at Wellington on Monday morning.
