Harold Williams who is with General Deniken, telegraphs that as the result of an agreement between United Cossacks and the Assembly, the Government of South Russia has been changed. Denilcen becomes Regent of a semi-So-cialist Government with Melnikov, a Socialist Cossackj ns Premier. Each Cossack region will have a - special representative in the Cabinet. The conflict with Bolshevism is said to be now entering on a new phase. RUSSIAN HEADERS. LONDON, March 2 15 Ten thousand people at Albert Hall, Mr Tom Mann presiding, welcomed Mr George Lansbury (editor of the “Daily Herald” the Labour newspaper) v. ho returned from Russia, where he interviewed Lenin and other Soviet leaders. He declared he was proud to have shaken hands with them. A great many atrocities had been comm it to 1 but the central Government of Russia had done more to keep down terrorism and murder than any other Government similarly circumstanced could have done.
