The latest Berlin message indicates that the situation is still confused and it is probably impossible to determine the success of tlie revolution until tomorrow, when it is probably impossible to determine the success of the 1 evolution until to-morrow, when it is anti cipated the general strike will become operative. It is understood that- Premier Bauer intends to ask the Entente for military aid. Meanwhile reports show the new Government has gained the adherence of troops at various parts, notably southern Germany. A collision between workmen and police at Frankfort resulted in fifteen civilians being killed and one hundred wounded. Tlie crowd seized a depot for arms and forced the police to leave the city. So far there has l>een a complete absence of such conflicts at Berlin where the military have the situation well in hand. There have been serious riots at Es-. wounded. A general strike lias been son, thirty ‘being killed and eighty ordered at Krupps.
