SENATE DEBATE ENDING. WASHINGTON, March 14. Tlte Senate agreed to-day to close the long debate on the Treaty. The' vote will he taken on Monday pending reservations apd it is unanimously agreed that by mjflpjght on Monday the controversy over Article Ten will he disposed of. Other reservations will then he taken up and a final vote on the question of ratification may he expected in the latter part of the week. Friends of the Treaty say the last hope for ratification is gone and a canvass on both sides of the Chamber showed nineteen Republicans and eighteen Democrats will vote against the Treaty.
