PROPOSED TRIP LANE.

NEW YORK, 'March 10.
It is understood the Navy Department' will begin the construction of a huge triplane to attempt a flight from San Francisco to Hong Kong, stopping at Honolulu, Wake Island, Guam, and Manila,. It will be equipped with 9 liberty motors capable of developing 3(300 horsepower and have an 140 feet wingspread, 68 feet bull, carrying crew of sixteen men and a total load of thirteen tons, with a speed of 85 knots and cruising range of 2100 nautical miles.
