WATERFORD’S ACTION.
LONDON, Alarch 8. The Corporation of the city of Waterford, has passed, with only one dissentient, a. resolution acknowledging the Dair Eirann (Sinn Fein Parliament), as the duly authorised Irish Government and promising to give effect to all its decrees . Copies of the resolution have been sent to the Repblican Alinister for Irish affairs, who has been asked to transmit them to the Governments of Europe and America.
