ITALIAN AIINISTER’S VIEWS. LONDON, Alarch 4. Signor Nitti, the Premier is leaving Italy for a conference with the Allies. In an interview, he emphasised that a friendly solution of the Adriatic question would he found with the Jugoslavs. He urged the necessity of restoring European credit and confidence by obliterating the war spirit. The energies of Europe would not be revived unless the victors and the vanquished realised that they have a common task to accomplish The vanquish, ed peoples could not pay the indemnity to them unless productivity were restored hv the allocation to them of raw materials. Signor Nitti also emphasised that the Allies were not going to suffocate the Turk, but to help him on to his feet again, like other ruined peoples.
