AN EVACUATION/ LONDON, March 2. The Associated Press Constantinople correspondent says the evacuation of Novorossisk is .hourly expected. British subjects have been ordered to leave. Allied officials here are preparing to handle the refugees, of whom 20 - j thousand are expected. It is proposed to divert five thousand to Egypt, and three thousand to Cyprus. Colonel Ward, speaking in the City, said General Kolchak was a clean-soul-ed Russian patriot. The Allies persuaded him to accept the task of establishing a stable Government, but finally deserted him. The French Commander-in-Chief actually surrendered Kolchak to his enemies, in the middle of the night, and within an hour Kolchak was destroyed in a backyard. When the Allies changed their policy towards the Bolsheviks they were not compelled to go the length of resolute treachery.
