SOME NEWT APPOINTMENTS
Six important" appointments in the Public Works Department have been announced by the Public Service Commissioner. They are: Mr 11. Vickerman, formerly staff engineer, Wellington, as inspecting engineer; Mr C. J. M’Kenzie, formerly district engineer, Dunedin as staff engineer, Wellington; Mr A. J. Baker, formerly resident engineer, Dunedin, as district engineer, Dunedin; Mr h. B. Campbell,, formerly resident engineer, Napier, as district engineer, Stratford; Mr A. Dinnie, formerly resident engineer Otira as resident engineer Taumariinui; and Mr F. S. Dyson, formerly acting-resi-dent engineer, Napier, ‘ appointment confirmed.
