Berlin telegrams report that at a meeting of German Generals and Admirals they decided to refuse to sur_ render themselves to a foreign power as incompatible with a soldier’s honour Only German judges could enjoy thtir confidence. They asked for an early assembly of r the German Court to give them an opportunity of guarding Germany’s honour. Ludendorff, Falkcnhayti, von Kluck and Tirpitz are among the signatories.
