At itilie farewell dinner to the Oversell delegates to the Imperial Statical Conference, a letter Irom Amery was read emphasising the necessity for the fullest possible statistics in regard to trade, agricultural, mining, finance, population, cost of living, laliou rand migration, and their j>voper co-ordination, in order to be able to develop and utilise the resources of the Empire to the fullest extent. He , V (U sure the deliberations of the conference greatly contributed to the attainment to that end while he would do everything in his power to further their deliberations.
