The decomposed body of a woman, with a bullet wound in the temple, was found in some scrub at Woronora Park, near the suburbs. Foul play is suspected, but there is no clue to the woman’s identity. EX-SOLDIER PRISONERS. SYDNEY, Feb. 23. The New South Wales State Government has decided to treat returned soldier prisoners convicted of criminal offences to reformative, instead of ordinary gaol, punishment, in an effort to restore mental and physical normality.
