A HOUSING PROBLEM AND COAL SUPPLY. (Received Tins Day at lI.IQ a.m.) BERLIN, February 22. M. Bauer declared that owing to the housing difficulty in the Ruhr district, homes tor 150,000 new men will be provided out of the profits of the mines. Meanwhile the miners agreed to work one-sixth additional time. It is estimated the yearly increase in the output will amount to twelve million tons.
