McLEAN'S PICTURES.
TUESDAY NIGHT. At the Opera House on Tuesday night McLean’s Pictures will display a grand double bill. First comes the charming star, Mabel Taliaferro in “A Wife by Proxy.” There are four distinctive characters, the hero, the heroine, the villain, and an adventuress. The hero was to marry on a certain date to win a fortune, and the schemers come between, but a little Irish girl upset the plans and makes a most delightful picture in so doing. Then comes Fatty Arbucklc in “Love.” It is the old old story told in Fatty’s way—which* compels laughter. There arc some great farm scenes, and a hefty cook adds to the general hilarity, but Fatty wins his way to the girl he loves after romping through two reels of the best, cleanest ancl funniest comedy patrons ever want to see. You should see “Love” as Fatty views it. Enough said.
