POLAND’S TERRITORY. LONDON, February 10. Poland has practically completed the occupation of the authorised territory of West Prussia thereby regaining access to the sea. A POLISH MOVE. (Received This Day at 8 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 11. The Polish Parliament passed a bill excluding from citizenship one hundred thousand Jews formerly residing in Russian Poland, who have not registered as permanent residents under the old Russian law. English Jews protest that this means that they are liable to have their property confiscated as foreigners, though still liable to taxation and military service. APPROVED. LONDON, Feb. 11. Lord Hugh Cecil approved of the main lines of the Premier's Russian policy. He suggested another effort be made to solve the Irish problem by means of a convention.
