(Received This Day at 8 a.m.) WASHINGTON, February 10. The foreign relations Committee reported back the treaty with Mr Lodge’s reservations. Lodge notified the Senate that he will request a debate on the 16th February. He would have asked for it sooner, but more than thirty Senators are away due to illness and other causes. Virtually ail the elements of each party are inclined to 'believe the Treaty will be ratified quickly, "and that not more than twenty two negative votes will be cast. WILSON’S ILLNESS. (Received This Day at 8 a.m.) WASHINGTON, Feb. 10. Dr Young a specialist who has been attending Mr Wilson regularly, interviewed, said we diagonised Mr Wilson’s illness last October as eerebal thrombosis, which had affected his left arm and leg, but had not impaired his brain power in thd slightest degree. The arm and leg are now functioning more and more normally, and while the organism is steadily improving Mr Wilson’s mental vigor is prodigious.
