CHAUTAUQUA

“Junior Town” is coming with Chautauqua. This is the part of Chautauqua that-the hoys and girls are mostly interested in. Besides the grown-up folks’ Chautauqua programme, there is a story lady coming, to he with the hoys and girls each afternoon at the big brown marquee on Cass Square. In fact the story lady is already in to'Vn. Her name is Miss MacGillivray. She is here in advance of the Chautauqua to meet the boys and girls, to tell them about Chautauqua’s Junior Town. The boys and girls should enjoy Junioi Town. They will have their own mayor, councillors, town clerk, hoard of health etc:, and will show their fathers and mothers how they would conduct town government. The story lady met the hoys and girls on Monday and told them some new stories and organised Junior Town. Chautauqua opens on Friday afternoon on Cass Square.
