[Sinn Feiners, )vith revolvers held up six motor cars and seA-eral hqrsedr carriages conveying guests to a halt at Kilrush Kail near Kilkenny. Men and women in ball dresses were compelled to alight and take their places in a field, Avhile the cars Avere overturned and engines damaged beyond repair. Some of the drn-ers refused to stop when challenged and shots were fired.
