(Received This Day at 9.20 a.m.) LONDOND, January 5. The Italian Premier and Foreign Minister have arrived to confer George, orior to a conference with M. Clemenccau and Hon. Lloyd George in Paris, on Adriatic questions. They have already interviewed M. Clemenccau, and subsequently stated they anticipated the Conference would result in a satisfactory solution of the Italian programme. It is reported they will exchange Ivrea and a few islands for Italy’s autonomy for Fiume and Zara and .guarantee for Italians in JngoSlavonia,- with neutralisation of the Adriatic coast,
