POLLARD’# PICTURES. Pollards present on Monday next at the Princess Theatre the sensational picture “The Romance of Taman,” the concluding chapters of “Tarzan of the Apes,” which was shown here some months ago. The cast includes Elmo Lincoln, Thomas Jefferson, Enid Markey, Colin Kenny, Clyde Benson, John Cook, Cleo Madison, Monte Blue, and Phil Dunham, supported by over 700 native Africans, and a troupe of lions, tigers, leopards, apes, crocodiles, and other beasts of the jungle, including Tautor, a huge elephant, who stars with Tarjcan.. This picture excells its mammoth predecessor j in smashing dramatic crisis, piled upon one another in such dazzling succession as only the cataclysmic mating love of such a primitive super-man can transcend the child love he held for his ape mother.
