Tlipre ha? keen no agreement yet regarding thp proposed neutral zone or the discontinuance of war operations. The Bolsheviks desire the neutrality pf the river Narva, the Esthonians retaining the town of Narva. CAPTURES OF PRISONERS. LONDON, Dec. 24. A Moscow wireless message claims the capture pf 10,000 prisoners, including 5000 officers, The message also states that 700 of Admiral Koltchak’s men found in a hospital near Omsk, were frozen to death.
REPORT AND DENIAL. REVAL, Dee.. 21. According to a newspaper report, General Wrangel has succeeded General Deniken in the commandership of the Southern Army. LONDON,. Dec. 22. Relative to the Copenhagen report to the effect that General Wrangel is to succeed General Deniken, it is pointed out that the report is unfounded.
