ROSS-SMITH’S PROGRESS. ALLAHABAD, Nov. 27. Captain Ross-Smith’s aeroplane arrived here at 5.5 p.m. on Thursday afternoon from Delhi, which he left at 9.30 that morning. He was forced to descend for an hour owing to engine trouble. The machine is to leave here in the

morning. Ross-Smith is very optimistic as to the future. He is accompanied by his brother and two Australian sergeants. All are well and keen on the flight.
