TRY THE KAISER.
PARTICULARS AT LAST. (By Electric Telegraph—Cooyright.) (Received This Day at 8 a.m.) LONDON, November 28. The “Daily Mail” in stating that Government expects the trial of the ex-Kaiser to begin in London in the New Year, says that in completing the nociessary arrangements it has been necessary to wait for the formal ratification is confidently expected within a few weeks, when an united request for the Kaiser’s surrender will be preto the Dutch Government, which will he complied with, the trial then taking place. No limit is prescribed 1 for the severity-of the penalty if found guilty. No arrangements have been made to exclude the death penalty. GERMAN ENQUIRY. (Received this day at 8 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 25.
Private advices from Berlin state that the Commission found largely against the ex-Kaiser. The report will he made public at the end of the week.
