SURRENDERED SHIPPING. LONDON, November 24. Germany, has now surrendered li million tons of merchant shipping. Britain has received eleven hundred thousand. ./ Austria has surrendered almost the whole of her shipping, totalling six thousand. Italy administers thereof.
