j A very pretty wedding took place !at Hokitika on Wednesday afternoon last, when Mr R. Mulholland, eldest son of Air and .Airs B. Alulholland, of Kokatahi, was united in the bonds of holy matrimony, to Martha-, eldest daughter of Air E. AlcCormiek, of Kokataki, by the Rev. Father Clancy. The bride who looked charming, wore a beautiful dress of saxe blue silk, with hat to match and carried a prayer book with white streamers. The bride was attended by her cousin (Aliss K. Heslnn) who wore a beautiful dress of navy blue crepe-de-eliine with blue silk hat to match. Air D. Weir attended the bridegroom as best man. After the wedding ceremony, the wedding party and guests adjourned to 'the residence of Airs G. Haussmann where they wore entertained at afternoon tea by Airs B. Heslan (Aunt of the Bride), where the usual toasts were proposed and done, honour to.
