Citizens are asked to decorate their premises and residences. 9.4s.—Laying of Foundation Stone of Memorial Wing, Westland Hospital. 11.15. —Laying of Foundation Stone of Scots Memorial Church. 2.30 p.m.—Monster Procession from Hamilton Street through town ; Public Addresses outside Government Buildings ; Salute by Territorials. 6 p.m.—Lighting of Illuminations and Bonfires. 6.30 p.m.—Torchlight Procession from Central Fire Station : FIREWORKS ON CASS SQUARE, by Hokitika Fire Brigade. 8 p.m.—Peace Concert at Princess Theatre, under direction of Mrs Staveley. Admission 2.'- and 1/9 p.m.—Smoke Concert for Soldiers at Supreme Hall.
