The “Sunday Express’’ states Lizzie Meilieirtjm, now undergoing ten years servitude in Aylesbury Gaol, was queen of the German Secret Service and was associated with a German calling him-

self Reginald Rowlands, whose execution was announced officially, but with, out the name on October 25th, 1915. She is the daughter-in-law of a naturalised German subject, formerly in the British diplomatic service. She obtained, at Sea pa Flow, accurate information of the Government’s certain naval units.
