ENEMY CRIMES.
(Received This Day at 1.5. p.m.) PARIS, April 23.
Tho Crimes Commission furnished a schedule, each of thirty-one catagories of crimes. It is an appealing document and incidentally shows the excellence of the Allied spy system. It contains the names of many perpetrat-or-3 of the worst crimes, even signed orders for their perpetration being given. It covers the principal massacres of Belgians, French, Greeks and Serbians, and the worst cases of submarine sinkings, though it is noteworthy the Lusitania is not mentioned. It gives the names of more than fifty Turks and Germans who were re. sponsible for the murdering, burning alive or drowning of two hundred thousand Armenians between 1914 and 1918. The document proves the civilians of Belgium and France were used to shield German troops. Tens of thousands civilians were hanged. It describes, in a long category, the most horrible crimes end outrages committed by the Bulgarians. The bodies of the victims were left to the dogs and pigs to devour. In many villages no woman wns spared. The violation often took place under most circumstances. Of one hundred thousand Serbians interned, fifty thousand returned broken in health. The document authenticates that the German and Austrian authorities carried off 'ten per cent of the Serbian female population during 1915-18.
The Schedule comprwes a tale of Wanton devastation and ruthless slavedriving, tyranny, abasement, violations, ill-treatment of prisoners and other descriptions of frightfnlness.
