MADGE EVANS, TO-NIGHT.
To-night In the Princess Theatre Pollards will present the little idol of a.million hearts, Madge Evans, in the World Film’s entrancing play, ‘Wanted a Mother.” The World Film Company are lucky in having such an amazingly clever and lovable little screen artist as Madge Evans. As the little girl who wanted a mother she is as winsome and as wonderful as ever. The story of the play is as delicate as a fairy story but it teems with tense dramatic and emotional situations. The “ Mystery of the Stranger,” the 13th chapter of “ The Mystery of the Double Cross,” brings this splendid serial to within two of the finish.
