BOLSHEVIK ELECTIONS. LONDON, April 11. The elections of the Budapest Workmen’s, Peasants,’ and Soldiers’ Councils from which the National Council will be sorted, have been fixed to be held from the 7th to the 14th of April. Idle capitalists, employers and priests arc disfranchised.
SERBIA’S PLIGHT. • ‘ LODNON, April 11. Mr. William Ward, the International Secretary of the world’s Brotherhood Movement,' has retuned from Serbia. He states that 240.000 Serbians are destitute. Orphans between seven and fourteen are running wild. There is a great deal of starvation. Over six hundred school teachers were killed.
