TEN THOUSAND A MONTH. fpKlt PRESS ASSOCIATION*.—COPYRIGHT.] WELLINGTON, This Day. It is announced that ten liners will be arriving in New Zealand in the mouth of April, bring back 11,038 soldiers. This is in pursuance of the policy announced some time ago, to bring back men ni the rate ot ten thousand n' month. It is hoped to continue the April rate, though the shipping position makes this doubtful. Ihe lonic, Reinuera, and Tainui are due to arrive on 20th, 27th. and 28th April, and have on board 070, 7AO. and 557 troops respectively. Particulars ol the vessels due earlier have already been announced.
