TUESDAY, MARCH 25. (Before E. C. Levvey Esq., S.M.) BOROUGH BYE-LAWS. Borough Inspector, (Mr. Park) v. F. Cameron failure to provide sanitary accommodation at residence. The inspect or gave evidence that defendant had not carried out his undertaking, given last Court day to carry out the work. Convicted and fined £5 and 7s costs. INFECTED SHEEP. W. Scott, (Inspector of Stock), v. 11. A. Ilarcourt, a charge of exposing lice infected sheep in a public sale yard. Walter Scott gave evidence that on 10th February, at Arahura Saleyards, the defendant exposed for sale a pen of 30 sheep that were infected with lice. Defendant gave, evidence that he had always dipped his sheep for thirty years, and could only account lor it by tlieir becoming mixed with neighbouring sheep. These were a pen of 30 fat lambs. His Worship said be would treat this ns a public warning, and only inflict a: line of 20s and costs Is. TRUST ACCOUNT. J M. Tudhope, (Mr. Park) v. C. J. P. Sellers, a charge of failure to supply audited statement of trust account. Mr Park stated defendant had been in the habit of supplying statement to j August 31st,.and had overlooked a re-] quest for the return to be supplied on j March 31st. Convicted and fined £2 and costs 7s. Mr Park did not ask for costs. DEBT CASE. M. H. Houston (Mr Sellers) v. M. j Pihawni, claim £lO (is 8d ; judgment for plaintiff with costs -15 s 6d. RESERVED .ITJDGMENT. W. J. Mel hoy (Mr Murdoch and Mr; Park) v. H. Wood (Mr Joyce), a claim; for £l7l 11s. His Worship gave his reserved judgment on this ease, heard at the last sitting. He found for plain-; tiff, giving judment for the amount] claimed, with costs to bo assessed by the Clerk. On application of Mr Murdoch an order for immediate execution was granted. ■
