ARMAMENT TERMS SETTLED LONDON March 21

The Supreme War Council has settled the naval, military and air terms.

More German warships are to be handed over in addition to those already taken. Thus the naval situation in Germany will he strictly analagous to tho military situation. The terms will leave Germany with a very small Navy.
