[PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. —COPYRICHT- j WELLINGTON, Feb. 25. At the Press Conference to-day it was unanimously resolved :—- “Tliale this Association in general meeting assembled, having had under its consideration the public utterances ef Mr Robert Semple M.P., on anarchist principles of Bolshevik and similar organisations, as reported in Christchurch papers, considers it its duty to record its emphatic protest against the support by public men of doctrines so inimical to the people of Ncav Zealand and to the av cl fare of tbe Empire. It is especially to be deplored that men avlio are representatives ef the people in Parliament should so far forgot the duty they oaa'o to the sane section of their constituents, and by their unpatrioticness endeavour to create a spirit of disloyalty in a community which lias slioavii its patriotism iu a marked degree and whose members must resent dissemination of the umvortliv, and dangerous doctrines referred to.”
