The Inter-Allied Conference complote(] arrangements for a preliminary Paris Conference on December 16th. The Conference also made the preliminary arrangements for the General Peaoe Conference. The Genoral Conference is certain to be held at Paris. Probably, the Conference will take place at the end of January.

THE BRITISH DELEGATES,

In tlie event of the Coalition gaining a victory at the elections, the British delegates for the Peace Conference are likely to be: The Premier, Mr. Bonar Law, and Mr Barnes. The delegates will be accompanied bv panels of expert advisers on Imperial, military, economic, transport and other questions.

Hon. Churchill added that Britain entered the Peace Conference absolutely determined that no limitations shall he imposed on her right to maintain hei naval defence.
