VANCOUVER. Dec 1
An Amsterdam message states the Berlin “Tngeblati”’ has officially been informed that the Workmen’s and Soldiers’ Council demands the speedy retirement of Dr Soil', (Foreign Minister), and has ordered the seizure of all documents relating to foreign affairs and to the old Government system of Germany.
The Government is also starting to investigate the Hun crimes in Belgium ; the deportation of workmen; theft of Belgian machinery; and tno Fryatt and Cavill executions.
FORBIDDEN. (Deceived This Dav at 8.50. a.m.) AMSTERDAM, Nov. 1. The German Government has forbidden the Kaiser and Kaiserine to return. A GERMAN REPORT. (Received this day at 11.25 a.m.) AMSTERDAM, Dec. 2. Herr Schiedmann in an article in the “Vorwacrts” says the danger of the disruption of the Empire is increasing daily. He says there has been a conference of the French Command at Strassburg, with a view to the creation of a South German Republic. The executive of Berlin Soviets resolved to welcome the Russian Bolshevist Delegation to the Soviet’s Congress at Berlin, on the 16th. Dec.
