The “Times’’ Washington correspondent says Mr Wilson will sail on the transport Gearg© Washington, formerly a North German Lloyd steamer. A number of the American Peace Delegation will accompany the President.

A despatch received at White House from Lord Northcliffe, says: While it is known there is opposition in America to the President’s journey abroad, the British and French people share the opinion that the President’s absence from the peace table is unthinkable.
MR. WILSON’S INTENTIONS,

President Wilson replying to critics stated ho does not attach any weight to the contention that his absence from United States will incapacitate him from the performance of his Presidential duties. Mr Wilson intends 4 o officially administer his office aboard ship and also from Paris, by cable or w'ireless.
