LIMA, Nov. 25

Peru is withdrawing her Consuls from Chile, as- the result of a renewal of rioting against Peruvians in Iquique. There are serious outbreaks which mav led to war.

SANTIAGO DE CHILE, Nov 25. Chili is withdrawing her Consuls from Peru.

PERU APOLOGISES

NEW YORK. Nov. 26

The Chilian Consul-General here announced that his official advices from Chile stated that the Peruvian Government has apologised to Chile and the incident has closed. Ho adds that he is authorised to say that the Peruvian officials admitted that they had been misinformed regarding the outbreaks against Peruvien citizens.
