It is stated that the sick and wounded will he the first men to be brought back. The first fit men to be returned will be those with the longest service as far as possible. If a division is to be retained in occupied territory, all outside it. will be repatriated. Meanwhile it is understood that unemployment grants will ho given the returned soldiers till they obtain work and that provision will he made for assisting men to restore their businesses.
