GERMAN forces SURRENDER
WELLINGTON, This Day. The High Commissioner reports from London November 16th., 9 p.m.— The German -East African forces under General von Lettow Vorbeck surrendered on the 14th at Kasama, in northern Rhodesia.
TERMS OF ARMISTICE. CAPETOWN November 15. Official —Von. Letgow, commander of the German forces in German East Africa has accepted and is carrying out the terms of the armistice. AN AFRICAN SURRENDER. NALOBI, November 16. Official—Von Lettow surrendered unconditionally with the whole of his forces.
